The nVent AL3BRBLK is a field-installable 3-point latch kit designed for one-door Type 12 enclosures with heights between 16 and 30 inches. Constructed from durable black steel, this non-locking latch kit provides reliable door closure in clockwise operation while maintaining a watertight and dust-tight seal. The kit includes all necessary hardware—screws, mounting brackets, and adjustable latch rods with rollers—for a complete installation solution. The latch rods are fully adjustable to ensure precise gasket compression, optimizing sealing performance in demanding industrial environments. This latch kit is specifically engineered for Type 12 enclosures and is not compatible with HOFFMAN disconnect, Concept, or ProLine enclosures. Ideal for applications requiring protection against dust, dirt, and water ingress, such as manufacturing plants, utilities, and outdoor installations where environmental sealing is critical. The robust black steel construction ensures long-term durability and corrosion resistance in harsh operating conditions.
