Supplies needed:
Pan head screws, Nylon washers, Lockwashers, Thumb screws, Retaining rings
- Determine mounting position
Select the desired side for the swing panel and drill eight Ø.172 (4mm) holes as indicated in the installation diagram.
- Mount hinges and brackets
Attach the hinges (Item 7) and brackets (Item 8) using pan head screws (Item 11) with nylon washers (Item 12) placed under the screw heads.
- Attach swing panel
Secure the swing panel to the hinges (Item 7) using pan head screws (Item 3) and lockwashers (Item 4). Adjust the panel to ensure it swings freely through the door opening.
- Secure thumb screws
Install the thumb screws (Item 5) to the panel using the provided retaining rings (Item 6) to ensure they are captivated.
