How to Install the Fast-Operating Clamp Assembly
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the fast-operating clamp assembly on an enclosure.

Clamp brackets, Clamps
- Remove existing clamps
Remove the existing screw clamps from the enclosure to prepare for the installation of the new fast-operating clamps.
- Install the fast-operating clamp
Turn the clamp handle until the threads engage with the clamp bracket, securing it in place.
- Engage the clamp
Flip the clamp handle down to ensure that the clamp engages with the door flange securely.
- Tighten the clamp
Tighten the clamp handle until the sides of the clamp fully contact the clamp bracket for a secure fit.
- Align the clamp handle
Loosen the clamp handle not more than one full rotation to align it parallel to the cover of the enclosure.
- Repeat for additional clamps
Repeat the installation process for each enclosure clamp as needed, noting that the number of clamps varies by the size of the enclosure.
