Overview

The nVent Hoffman AC04030R5 Modular Chassis is a DIN-rail compatible enclosure designed for industrial electrical systems. Measuring 380x260x98mm (HxWxD), this light gray mild steel chassis provides a compact yet spacious housing for DIN-rail mounted components such as relays, circuit breakers, power supplies, and control devices. Constructed from 1.5mm mild steel with a RAL 7035 powder-coated finish, it delivers corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments. The chassis features seamlessly welded reversed open profiles with a 25mm hole pattern per DIN 43660, enabling easy mounting of accessories and components. With IP55 and IK10 ratings, it protects against dust ingress and mechanical impacts. Compatible with standard DIN-rail systems, the AC04030R5 supports up to 33 modules across 3 rows, making it ideal for automation, telecommunications, and renewable energy applications. Its modular design allows for flexible configurations without complex modifications, reducing installation time and maintenance costs.
  • Description: Used for easy mounting of DIN-rail components with a maximum height of 68 mm. Distance between rows 125 mm. If required, the standard enclosure door can be replaced with a glazed door. Usable depth between front cover and external door: 35 mm
  • Material: DIN-rails PP0735 made of 1.2 mm galvanized steel, vertical profiles 1.5 mm mild steel, and front cover 1.5 mm mild steel.
  • Finish: RAL 7035 structured powder coating.
