This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing heavy duty panel supports inside an enclosure.

Screwdriver, Wrench
Supplies needed:
Clamping nuts, Washers, Lockwashers, 5/16–18x1 hex head screws, Standoff nuts, Carriage bolts, Hex nuts
- Attach panel supports
Secure the heavy duty panel supports to the mounting channels inside the enclosure using clamping nuts, washers, lockwashers, and 5/16–18x1 hex head screws. Adjust the supports to the desired depth.
- Install standoff nuts and carriage bolts
Tightly attach standoff nuts and carriage bolts to the panel support angles as needed. Use four bolts for half panels and six bolts for full panels.
- Install panels
Secure the panels in place using the hex nuts and washers provided. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
