Supplies needed:
Mounting hardware, Gasket, Strain relief fittings, Wire connectors
- Prepare the enclosure
Select the desired location for the enclosure. Ensure the mounting surface is level and can support the weight of the enclosure and its contents. Mark the mounting hole locations using a tape measure and level. Drill pilot holes if necessary.
- Mount the enclosure
Secure the A1210PSWPNL PolyPro™ enclosure to the mounting surface using appropriate mounting hardware. Ensure the enclosure is firmly attached and level.
- Install strain relief fittings
Drill holes in the enclosure for cable entry and exit points as needed. Install strain relief fittings into these holes according to their manufacturer's instructions. Ensure a watertight seal.
- Wire the enclosure
Route power and control wiring through the strain relief fittings. Connect the wires to the appropriate terminals or devices inside the enclosure, following the wiring diagram provided. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated. Refer to the product's nameplate or datasheet for specific wiring requirements.
- Install the gasket and close the enclosure
Ensure the gasket is properly seated around the enclosure opening to maintain a watertight seal. Close the enclosure door and secure it with the provided latches or screws.
