Overview
The exm 9500 DD726036 is a fiberglass polyester free-standing double door enclosure engineered for extreme industrial environments. This enclosure meets UL/cUL 508A Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12, and 13 standards, as well as IEC 60529 IP66 and NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12, and 13 ratings. Its fiberglass polyester construction resists chemicals, temperature fluctuations (-40°C to 130°C), and UV degradation, making it ideal for corrosive, wet, or high-temperature applications. The double-door design includes two separate inner panels, each measuring 57" H x 21" W, with optional white powder-coated steel panels available. Features include a 304 stainless steel continuous hinge, a 3-point stainless steel handle with padlock provision, and a flexible self-gripping gasket for a tight seal. The enclosure includes molded-in drip shields, integral mounting rails for infinite panel adjustment, and replaceable breakaway hinges. Operating temperatures range from -40°F to 266°F, with an impact resistance of 6.78J (5 ft-lb). Standard exterior finish is light-gray acrylic enamel with enhanced UV protection. Optional accessories include window kits, climate control systems, and lighting.
