The Woodhead Safeway® 3 Pole/4 Wire Connector (SKU 7764N) offers robust industrial power distribution. This non-NEMA connector is rated for 600V AC and 250V DC, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications. Constructed with a durable nylon housing, it features nickel-plated brass contacts for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector incorporates a transparent wiring guide for easy verification of wire placement and captive, tri-drive stainless steel speed screws for secure and long-lasting assembly. Its two-piece cord-clamp strain relief with tri-drive screws firmly secures the cord, preventing strain on connections. Operating temperature range is from -40°C to 75°C continuous. The design ensures a maximum 30°C temperature rise at full rated current after 50 cycles of overload at 150% of rated current with a 75% power factor. Ideal for manufacturing, automation, and heavy machinery installations where stable and safe power delivery is critical. Its non-NEMA configuration provides flexibility for various industrial setups.
