Overview

The Woodhead Watertite® Male Receptacle (SKU: 66W75) is engineered for superior performance in demanding industrial environments. This 3-pole, 4-wire receptacle features a NEMA L15-20 configuration, designed for 3-phase power at 250V and 20A. Its Watertite® Extreme designation signifies its capability to withstand harsh conditions, including moisture, dust, and corrosive elements, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The locking blade mechanism ensures a positive and secure connection, preventing accidental disconnections. The single flip coverplate provides convenient access for mating while offering an additional layer of protection against environmental ingress. Key features include a multiple seal plug/connector interface that resists vapor and water from high-pressure washdown up to 1000psi. Terminal screws are color-coded and tri-drive, compatible with straight blade, Phillips, and square-drive screwdrivers. Floating blade construction ensures self-alignment and a better mechanical/electrical connection, minimizing wear and heat generation. A transparent wiring guide aids in verifying wire strand placement. Captive, tri-drive head, stainless steel speed screws facilitate easy assembly. The three-piece strain relief seals the cord without damage. Constructed with NEo-TEX® Paracril OZO rubber outer housing and grommet, nickel-plated brass plug blades and connector contacts, stainless steel face screws, nylon face insert, brass wire saddle clamp, and Lexan® receptacle coverplate and closure caps. It meets NEMA ratings 1, 3, 4, 4X, 5, 6, 6P, and 12, and IEC ratings IP55, 56, 57, 65, 66, and 67. UL File No. for Receptacle: E68122. CSA File No.: LR6837. NSF File No.: NSF/ANSI/3-A 14159-1.
