This 3-pole, 3-wire, non-NEMA rated receptacle offers dual voltage and amperage ratings: 15A at 125V and 10A at 250V, providing versatile power connectivity. Its robust construction features an NEo-TEX® Paracril OZO rubber outer housing and grommet, ensuring exceptional resistance to contaminants, vapor, and high-pressure washdowns up to 1000psi. The Lexan* coverplate and closure caps offer additional protection. Internal components are designed for longevity and ease of use: tri-drive terminal screws (compatible with straight blade, Phillips, and square-drive screwdrivers) are color-coded and preset, while floating blade construction ensures self-alignment for optimal mechanical and electrical connections, minimizing wear and heat. A transparent wiring guide aids in verifying wire strand placement before securing. The captive, tri-drive head, stainless steel speed screw facilitates quick and secure assembly. This receptacle meets NSF/ANSI/3-A 14159-1 standards, making it suitable for food processing and sanitary applications. Its physical characteristics include an F2 body size with a ½" cord grip. Plug blades and connector contacts are nickel-plated brass, and the wire saddle clamp is brass. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to a maximum continuous 75°C, with a temperature rise of no more than 30°C at full rated current after 50 cycles of overload at 150% of rated current with a 75% power factor. Ideal for manufacturing facilities, construction sites, and other areas where dependable power distribution in harsh conditions is critical.
