Overview

The Woodhead Watertite® Connector (SKU: 29W49) is a NEMA L7-30-rated, 2-pole/3-wire locking blade connector designed for 277V industrial power distribution in wet and harsh environments. Built with a durable F4 cord grip body, it resists moisture, dust, chemicals, and mechanical stress per NEMA 1, 3, 4, 4X, 5, 6, 6P, and 12 ratings. The nickel-plated brass contacts and NEo-TEX® Paracril OZO rubber grommet ensure corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Features include captive tri-drive stainless steel screws, a transparent wiring guide for proper strand seating, and a three-piece strain relief system that prevents cable damage. Certified to UL E10176 and CSA LR6837, this connector meets NSF/ANSI/3-A 14159-1 standards for food processing and washdown applications. Operating from -40°C to 75°C with a maximum 30°C temperature rise, it supports high-pressure washdown up to 1000psi.
