The Woodhead 15W07 (SKU: 15W07) is a robust 3-pole/3-wire Watertite Extreme Connector designed for demanding industrial environments. This non-NEMA rated connector offers dual voltage capabilities, supporting 15A at 125V and 10A at 250V, ensuring versatility for various power applications. Its construction features a durable NEo-TEX® Paracril OZO rubber outer housing and grommet, providing excellent resistance to moisture, dust, and abrasion. The connector is equipped with nickel-plated brass plug blades and contacts for reliable conductivity, and stainless steel face screws for longevity. The F2 body size accommodates a 1/2" cord grip, ensuring secure strain relief. The face insert is made of nylon, and the wire saddle clamp is brass. Receptacle coverplates and closure caps are constructed from Lexan*. The Woodhead 15W07 meets stringent environmental standards, with NEMA ratings including 1, 3, 4, 4X, 5, 6, 6P, and 12, and IEC ratings of IP55, IP56, IP57, IP65, IP66, and IP67. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to a maximum continuous 75°C. Temperature rise is limited to a maximum of 30°C at full rated current after 50 cycles of overload at 150% of rated current with a 75% power factor. This connector is ideal for applications requiring secure, watertight connections in harsh conditions, such as high-pressure washdown environments up to 1000psi. It is manufactured in the USA.
