These power contacts accommodate wire sizes from 1 to 6mm² (18-10 AWG) and have a contact resistance of ≤0.3mΩ. Signal contacts are rated for 10A and a working voltage of 160V, with a test voltage of 2.5KV rms. They are suitable for wire sizes from 0.14 to 2.5mm² and offer a contact resistance of ≤3mΩ. The contacts themselves are made from a copper alloy with a hard silver-plated or hard gold-plated surface. Specifications adhere to DIN EN 60 664-1 and DIN EN 61 984. The insulation resistance is ≥10¹⁰Ω, and the pollution degree is 2. Working voltage according to UL/CSA is 600V/300V. The mechanical working life is rated for ≥500 mating cycles.
