The M8/M12 connectors have an IP67/IP68 rating, providing protection against dust and water ingress.

For 4 and 5 pin connectors, the current rating is 4A per pin. For 8 and 12 pin connectors, the current rating is 2A per pin.

M8 and M12 connectors operate in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Specific cable jacket materials may have slightly different temperature ranges.

For M12 connectors: 250V for ≤4 way, 60V for 5 way, and 30V for >5 way. For M8 connectors: 60V for 3 way and 30V for 4 & 5 position.
