The V1K filter is compatible with 208 - 600 VAC systems and can handle current ranges from 2 to 750 Amps.

TCI provides one year of useful service, not to exceed 18 months from the date of shipment.

The V1K filter limits voltage spikes to below 1,000 V, preventing motor insulation breakdown by reducing peak voltages that can reach up to 1,600 V on 480 V systems or 2,100 V on 600 V systems.

The V1K filter can operate in ambient temperatures up to 40°C (104°F) and at altitudes up to 2,000 m (6,600 ft). Derating is necessary for applications above 2,000 m.

The V1K filter is guaranteed to perform with lead lengths up to 1,000 feet. For applications exceeding 1,000 feet, consultation with the factory is recommended.

The V1K filter supports carrier frequencies of 2 - 4 kHz. For applications over 8 kHz with cable lengths exceeding 400 feet, consultation with TCI is recommended.

The V1K filter is commonly used in submersible pumps, wastewater pumping stations, HVAC cooling systems, process automation facilities, and agriculture irrigation systems.
