Overview
Streamline Automation Technologies' COMBINER (SKU: COMBINER) is a premium solar combiner box designed to efficiently aggregate power from multiple solar panels onto a common bus. Engineered specifically for photovoltaic (PV) systems, this unit connects to charge controllers or inverters, depending on system configuration. The COMBINER facilitates a transition to larger gauge wiring between the solar array and the balance of system components, significantly minimizing transmission voltage drop and protecting the array.
Built in Streamline's UL 508-A certified panel shop near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, these plug-and-play solutions are hand-assembled using best-in-class, name-brand components. The rugged polycarbonate enclosure is constructed to withstand harsh environmental conditions. It features a full-length, piano-hinged door secured by a non-metallic latch for easy and safe serviceability.
Mounting flexibility is provided by brass inserts on the rear wall and lid. The enclosures are made in the U.S.A. and boast UL/cUL NEMA Type 6P and IP68 ratings, along with UV and chemical resistance. This ensures reliable operation in demanding outdoor and industrial settings.
