The Schlegel Elektrokontakt BTO is a precision-engineered momentary switch designed for industrial control systems, automation, and electrical equipment requiring reliable switching performance. This switch features Faston terminals (2.8 x 0.8 mm) for secure, low-resistance connections and AgNi (silver-nickel) contact material, ensuring consistent conductivity and long service life. The 2x NC (normally closed) configuration provides fail-safe operation, meeting EN 60947-5-1 standards for positive opening contacts. Key specifications include a rated insulation voltage of 300V, thermal continuous current of 16A, and a rated operating voltage of 240V AC (AC15) with 3A current. For DC applications, it supports 250V (0.2A) and 24V (2A) under DC13 conditions. The switch delivers a mechanical and electrical lifetime of 1 million switching cycles at rated load, ensuring durability in high-cycle applications. Optional illumination is available with 24V AC/DC operation at 11mA current, compatible with module holders like MKHR_3 for emergency-stop applications.
