REX Power Magnetics provides a standard one-year warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. If a defect is discovered within one year of shipment, REX will replace or repair the defective part at their discretion, provided that: (1) the company is notified in writing immediately, (2) the product is shipped prepaid to REX without delay, and (3) the product has not been misused, altered, neglected, improperly installed, or damaged.
