How to Install the FRESPKT6 Lower Trough System

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the FRESPKT6 Lower Trough System, including mounting support brackets and connecting FIBERRUNNER™ channels.

7/16” Socket Wrench, #2 Phillips screwdriver, 3/32” Hex Wrench

Supplies needed:

#12-24 x 1/2 Pan Head screws (4), #12 Tooth Lockwashers (4), Lower Trough Support Brackets (2), 1/4-20 Serrated Flange Hex Nuts (2), #8-32 Flat Head Cap Screw (1), Lower Trough Inner Coupler (1), Lower Trough Outer Coupler (1)

  1. Install Support Brackets

    Attach 2 Lower Trough Support Brackets to each FlexCore™ Frame using #12-24 x 1/2 Pan Head screws and #12 Tooth Lockwashers. Ensure they are securely fastened.

  2. Mount FIBERRUNNER™

    Place the 6x4 FIBERRUNNER™ on top of the installed Support Brackets, ensuring the bracket clip engages the FIBERRUNNER™ tab. Adjust the front clip on the Support Brackets to secure the FIBERRUNNER™.

  3. Install Couplers

    Join two sections of the 6x4 FIBERRUNNER™ channel using the Lower Trough Inner and Outer Couplers. Ensure couplers are installed away from the locations of the Support Brackets.
