Supplies needed:
Self-drilling screws, Cage nuts, Foam seals, M6 hex bolts, M6 nuts
- Prepare the installation area
Remove any floor tiles necessary to access the area where the Door Adapter will be installed. Ensure the area is clean and free of debris.
- Attach the feet to the floor
Position the Door Adapter feet in the desired locations and drill up to twelve 8mm (5/16”) clearance holes through the floor tiles. Secure each foot with a minimum of two self-drilling screws.
- Install the aisle beam
Center the aisle beam between the wall beams and secure it using four M6x12mm hex head bolts and four M6 nuts. Ensure the beam is level.
- Attach cabinet brackets
Using the previously installed cage nuts, attach the cabinet brackets to the Door Adapter using M5 x 0.8 x 10 hex head screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
- Install the dual door
Align the dual door with the Door Adapter frame and secure it using eight 1/4-14 self-drilling screws. Ensure the door operates smoothly.
- Seal the installation
Attach foam seals to the edges of the Door Adapter to prevent air leaks. Ensure the seals are properly compressed against the adjacent surfaces.
