This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the C2CEOR04CP8B1 Cabinet Supported End of Row Cap, including mounting, wiring, and initial setup.

Screwdriver, Wrench, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Cage nuts, Foam seals, Hex nuts
- Prepare the cabinet
Remove the knock-out tabs from the top and bottom of the cabinet where the End of Row Cap will be installed. Ensure the tabs are fully removed.
- Install cage nuts
Insert cage nuts into the knock-out openings and turn them 1/4 turn to secure them in place.
- Mount the corner brackets
Attach the left and right-hand corner brackets to the cabinet using M6 x 10mm hex head bonding screws. Use 4 screws per side for secure mounting.
- Install the columns
Install the left and right-hand columns to the cabinet, ensuring the 'R' or 'L' stamping is oriented correctly. Use M6 serrated flange hex nuts to secure them, with 2 nuts per side.
- Attach the floor seal panel
Install a 1” x 1” foam seal to the floor seal panel and attach it to the bottom panel guide using M5 x 0.8 serrated flange hex nuts. Do not tighten yet.
- Finalize the floor seal installation
Push the foam seal tight against the floor and tighten the 2 M5 x 0.8 hex nuts left loose in the previous step.
- Install the upper panel
Secure the upper panel to the columns using M6 serrated flange hex nuts. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Install the vertical wall blanking panel
Attach the vertical wall blanking panel to the upper panel using M6 serrated flange hex nuts. Install 3 sections of 1” x 1” foam seal to the vertical wall blanking panel.
- Verify installation
Check all connections and ensure that all panels are securely mounted and aligned. Use a multimeter to verify electrical connections if applicable.
