The 150°C-rated nylon insulator covers the bushing and lug corners, providing abrasion resistance and preventing wire damage during pulls. The integral grounding lug ensures continuous ground continuity, while the cone-point mounting screw with a nylon locking patch resists vibration-induced loosening. Compatible with both threaded and non-threaded rigid and IMC conduits, this bushing reduces inventory needs by handling a wide wire range (6-250 MCM) without additional lugs. UL 467 and cULus 467 listed for grounding and bonding, suitable for direct burial in earth or concrete. The lug screw is slotted for 14-2/0 AWG and internal hex drive for 6-4/0 AWG, ensuring tool compatibility. Standard finish is zinc-plated for corrosion resistance.
