Overview

The NSi Industries LLSS-12 is a 90-degree insulated connector designed for secure and watertight fluid connections. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a 1/2" NPT thread, this connector features an integrated nitrile (blue) o-ring for enhanced sealing and corrosion resistance. Its thermoplastic body gland is weather-stabilized and rated for material temperatures from -40°C to 105°C, with a UL 94-V2 flammability rating. The LLSS-12 meets industry standards for cold impact and simulated hammer blow, and its performance is unaffected by common industrial detergents, cleaners, sanitizers, cutting fluids, wiring pulling compounds, and marine environments. It conforms to CSA 22.2 #227.2 & CSA 22.2 #227.3, ANSI/U.L.514B-1988, and the watertight requirements of NEMA Type 4 and NEMA Type 6 enclosures. Suitable for hazardous locations including Class I Div. 2, Class II Div. 1 & 2 (Groups E, F, & G), and Class III per NEC. This connector is UL Listed (File# E23018) and CSA Certified (File# LR52391).
