Overview

Mersen's USGCC and USGM series fuseholders (SKU: USPTH) redefine industrial power distribution with innovative screw-less, spring pressure wire termination technology. This patented WAGO CAGE CLAMP® system, backed by over 25 years of field experience, significantly reduces wire installation time by up to 75%, offering a highly reliable, maintenance-free wire contact. The connections are secure, vibration-proof, corrosion-resistant, and temperature cycling resistant, providing a cost-effective solution. Experience quick, tool-free, and easy fuse change-outs with IP20 finger-safe protection. These fuseholders are DIN-rail mountable with a compact footprint and are environmentally conscious, RoHS compliant, and lead-free. For Midget fuses (10x38mm), the USGM series offers ratings up to 750VAC/1000VDC and 30A maximum, with an SCCR of 200kA AC and 100kA DC. Recommended fuse usage includes ATQ, ATM, TRM, OTM, A60Q-2, and DCT-2. The USGM-HEL variant is designed for photovoltaic applications using HP6M and HP10M fuses. The USGCC series is designed for Class CC fuses, with ratings up to 600VAC/DC and 30A maximum, featuring an SCCR of 200kA. Recommended fuse usage includes ATDR, ATQR, and ATMR. The optional visual blown fuse indicator operates at a minimum of 90VAC or 115VDC, with less than 0.7 mA leakage current at 600V. The USGM1IHEL minimum indicator operating voltage is 350VDC. Applications span all circuits up to 750VAC/1000VDC for power control, power distribution, and power electronics, including non-load disconnects. Approvals include UL Listed to Standard 4248-4 (Class CC) and 4248-1 (Midget), File E52283; UL Listed to Standard 4248-18 (Photovoltaic), File E347822; CSA Certified C22.2; and IEC Compliant (USGM only). Choose Mersen's USGCC and USGM fuseholders for enhanced safety, ease-of-use, and labor savings in your industrial electrical installations.
