Supplies needed:

- Prepare the Enclosure Panel
Drill a 1-inch (25.4 mm) diameter hole in the control panel where the port adapter will be mounted. Ensure the panel thickness does not exceed 15 mm.
- Mount the Port Adapter
Insert the M25 threaded body of the RJ45-M25-PA through the prepared hole from the outside of the enclosure. Secure the adapter from the inside using the provided nut or mounting hardware. Tighten to a torque of 5.0 N-m.
- Connect Internal and External Cables
Connect an RJ45 Ethernet cable from your internal network device to the rear RJ45 jack. Connect your external RJ45 Ethernet cable to the front RJ45 jack.
- Secure the Protective Cap
When not in use, attach the integrated cap to the front RJ45 jack to maintain IP65/IP69 protection.
