This 12-pole connector features a straight male configuration with a 1-foot, 22 AWG cable rated for 3 Amps, ensuring robust signal integrity and power delivery in demanding applications. The PG16 cable gland provides secure strain relief and IP69-rated ingress protection against dust, water, and high-pressure washdowns, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical, and outdoor automation systems. Constructed from clear anodized aluminum, the housing delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability while maintaining a lightweight profile. The nickel-plated brass lock nut and jam nut enhance mechanical stability, preventing loosening from vibration or thermal cycling. Internally, copper alloy contacts with gold plating ensure low contact resistance and long-term reliability, even in high-temperature or oil-contaminated environments (operating range: -40°C to +105°C). The yellow PVC insulator is oil-resistant and rated to 105°C, providing additional protection against chemical exposure.
