Mencom Corporation CX-03P MIXO Insert for 3 Pneumatic seats

The working temperature range for the CX-03P is from -40°C to +80°C.

The CX-03P insert supports tube diameters of 1.6 - 4.0 mm. It allows using tubes with different diameters in the same modular unit.

Pneumatic contacts are suitable for pressure values up to 8 bar (116 psi) using clean and dry compressed air. Contacts can be female with or without a closing valve.

The unit is made of self-extinguishing thermoplastic resin with UL 94V-0 certification. It has an insulation resistance of ≥ 10 GΩ and a mechanical life of ≥ 500 cycles.

An appropriate filtering and dehydration system must be used to prevent dangerous condensation. Proper coding pins and guides must be used for pneumatic contact modules.

The modular inserts must be installed in suitable frames and mounted in traditional enclosures or COB panel support. Single-sized modular units can be directly mounted inside MIXO ONE enclosures.
