- Disconnect power

Strip each conductor to 25/64 inches (10 mm) and twist the strands of each wire together. Use ferrules for 16 AWG and 18 AWG wires.
- Connect ground wires
Terminate the shorter bonding lead to the ground contact and the longer lead to the mounting accessory. Connect the ground conductor from the cable to the ground screw on the mounting accessory.
- Wire the contacts
Insert the prepared wires into the appropriate contacts and crimp or solder them securely. Ensure the contacts are inserted into the insulating block according to the numbering scheme.
- Apply heat shrink tubing
Slide heat shrink tubing over the contacts and apply heat evenly until it shrinks around the contact and wire.
