Overview

The Macromatic THR-3 Series Programmable Multi-Function Relay offers unparalleled flexibility for industrial timing applications. This unit replaces thousands of existing timers with just three catalog numbers, significantly simplifying inventory. It features four distinct functions and multiple timing ranges from 0.1 seconds to 100 minutes (1,000 minutes on the THR-3856U dual time unit). Setup is streamlined via DIP switches, allowing for onboard adjustable, onboard fixed, or remote adjustable time delay settings (remote not available on THR-3856U). The universal input voltage of 24-240V AC and 12-125V DC ensures compatibility across a wide range of power sources. Encapsulated construction provides protection against harsh environmental conditions. The 10A SPDT relay output is suitable for most pilot duty and fractional horsepower loads. Mechanical life is rated at 10,000,000 operations, with a full load life of 100,000 operations. Maximum load burden is 2 VA. Mounting is surface-based using one #8 or #10 screw with a maximum tightening torque of 15 in-lbs.
