Overview

The Littelfuse TRU1 Universal Time Delay Relay from the TRU Series is a knob-adjustable, multifunction relay designed for industrial timing control. It supports six selectable timing functions—delay-on-make, interval, single shot, recycling (ON time first, equal recycle delays), delay-on-break, and retriggerable single shot—via a six-position slide switch. The time delay is adjustable via a front-panel knob, and the time range is switch-selectable for flexibility. With a repeat accuracy of ±0.1%, the TRU1 ensures precise timing in demanding applications. The device features universal input voltage compatibility (19-264VAC and 19-30VDC) and a 10A output relay, allowing it to replace up to 1000 competitive models. Available in 8-pin DPDT, 8-pin SPDT, and 11-pin DPDT configurations, it supports multiple wiring options for different applications. The 8-pin DPDT base wiring is limited to delay-on-make, interval, and recycling functions, while all six functions are available in the 8-pin SPDT and 11-pin DPDT versions. This versatility makes the TRU1 suitable for a wide range of industrial timing needs, including automation, process control, and machinery timing. The TRU Series is engineered to deliver reliability and precision in even the most demanding environments.
