Overview

The Littelfuse LEBCC series 600V in-line watertight fuse holders deliver reliable electrical protection in high-humidity and corrosive industrial environments. Designed for outdoor and marine applications, these fuse holders accommodate either 1-1/2" x 13/32" (10 x 38 mm) midget fuses or Class CC fuses, providing versatile compatibility for diverse electrical systems. The series includes both breakaway and non-breakaway configurations, as well as single and dual pole versions, ensuring maximum adaptability for any installation requirement. Key features include three O-rings per pole for superior watertight sealing, with colored O-rings (blue for single pole, red for dual pole) for quick identification. Breakaway versions comply with state and federal highway commission standards, automatically disconnecting the line side during pole knockdown for enhanced safety. Captive nuts or screws streamline installation by eliminating loose components, while tulip fuse clips ensure improved contact and low electrical losses. The high heat and impact resistant insulator material withstands harsh conditions, and optional cone-shaped insulator boots (standard on breakaway versions) provide additional watertight protection. Wire gauge size is clearly marked on insulation boots for accurate conductor trimming, and permanently installed neutral versions are identifiable by white nuts. The LEBCC series is rated for 600VAC/DC, 30A maximum, with a 200kA SCCR with Class CC fuses or 100kA SCCR with midget fuses. Approved by UL Listed Class CC (IZLT, File E52283), UL Recognized Component Midget (IZLT2, File E52283), and CSA Certified (Class 6225, File 32169), these fuse holders are ideal for street lighting, parking lot lighting, traffic signaling, sports lighting, boats, marinas, and other humid/corrosive environments.
