  1. Mount the transformer

    Remove the appropriate captive washer screw(s) from the terminal block and install the fuse clip(s) using the new terminal screw(s) provided in the accessory kit.

  3. Connect voltage links

    For transformers rated from 50VA to 100VA, install the voltage links between any two primary or secondary terminal bays as per the instructions provided in the PHWD1 or PHWD2 instruction sheet.

  4. Verify connections

    Use a multimeter to check all connections for continuity and ensure that all terminal screws are torqued between 12 to 14 inch-lbs.

  5. Install finger guard

    If applicable, install the finger guard by following the instructions provided in the accessory kit to ensure safety during operation.
