Hammond Manufacturing 1485FY N12 Wireway, Cross Fitting - Fits 12 x 6 - Steel/Gray

It is designed to protect electrical wiring from dirt, dust, oil, and water. Wires can be placed into the wireway without pulling through.

It complies with UL 870 Type 1, CSA Type 1, NEMA Type 12, and IEC 60529, IP54 standards, unless otherwise marked.

All sections and fittings are open on each side, allowing wires and cables to be laid in without pulling through.

Sections and components are finished in ANSI 61 gray powder coating.

The butt hinged cover is secured with easily operated quick release clamps.

When joining a wireway section or fitting to an enclosure, you must order a box connector.

A flat sealing plate is required at each junction when joining two wireway sections or a wireway section to a fitting.

Bodies and covers are formed from 14-gauge steel, with 10-gauge steel flanges. The 12" x 6" size has a 12-gauge steel body and a 14-gauge cover.

Solid oil resistant gaskets are used between flanges when sections and fittings are bolted together. Sealing plate is also supplied.
