This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the MSL2-120BR MicroStat™ Status Indicator, ensuring proper mounting, wiring, and initial setup.

- Unpack and Inspect the Unit
Carefully unpack the MSL2-120BR unit and inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If damaged, do not install and file a claim with the carrier.
- Mount the Base
Remove the colored lenses by twisting the bottom lens counter-clockwise until it unlocks. Secure the base to a 3/4" NPT pipe or a flat surface using the appropriate screws, ensuring it is level and firmly attached.
- Make Electrical Connections
Remove the terminal block plug from the printed circuit board assembly. Feed the control wires through the NPT opening in the base and connect them to the labeled terminals on the female terminal block plug. Ensure power is off during this process.
