- Mount the controller
Remove the two screws securing the cover to the housing and take off the cover. Select a flat mounting surface and position the rear of the housing against it. Use the mounting holes as a template to mark drilling positions, then drill holes and secure the unit with appropriate screws.
- Make electrical connections
Route the power wires through the 1/2" threaded openings into the housing. Connect the power leads to the appropriate terminals based on the voltage type (24V AC/DC or 120/240V AC). Ensure all connections are tight and secure the earth ground wire if required.
- Install tone and speaker connector cards
Plug the desired tone card into the socket and ensure the rubber gasket is properly seated. For audio signal leads, connect them to the speaker connector card inputs and plug the card into the socket. Reinstall the housing cover and tighten the screws to secure it.
- Test the system
