The DL232-MUX system is a multiplexer for 4xRS232 signals, working bidirectionally via fiber optics, transferring RxD, TxD, and hardware-handshake signals.

It can transfer RxD, TxD, and hardware-handshake signals such as RTS, CTS, DCD, DSR, and DTR.

The maximum RS232 cable length supported is 15 m.

The RS232 connector is a 9-pole Sub-D female and a 6-pole terminal.

The status LEDs indicate Power supply (green), Data (yellow), and Status (red).

The power supply requirement is 12–30 VDC, with other voltages available on request.

The power consumption is 5 Watts, drawing 200 mA at 24 V.

The potential separation is 500 VDC between the 24 VDC supply and the RS232 interface.

The operating temperature range for Multimode and Singlemode with ST or SC connectors is –40 °C to +70 °C.

The operating temperature range for all other configurations is –20 °C to +55 °C.
