Enhance your ABB low voltage drive system's input/output capabilities with the ABB SDCS-IOB-22 Standalone IO Board. This module, SKU SDCS-IOB-22, is designed to replace standard digital inputs and outputs, providing 8 externally mounted digital input/output points. It supports an input voltage level of 115 VAC, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industrial power sources. Each of the 8 DI/O points is filtered and galvanically isolated, offering superior noise immunity and enhanced safety in electrically demanding industrial environments. The SDCS-IOB-22 includes the IOB-22 module and one ribbon cable for straightforward installation on compatible ABB drives. Please note that when the SDCS-IOB-2x board is installed, terminals X6 & X7 on the main control unit must not be used. For applications requiring both IOB-22 and IOB-3 functionality, the specific combination kit (SDCS-IOB-22/IOB-3) must be ordered separately. This standalone board is ideal for expanding I/O capacity without requiring additional hardware, making it a cost-effective solution for automation and manufacturing applications. ACS880-DEMOCASE
Powered by 115 VAC the ACS880 democase includes an ACS880 R2 drive mounted on a panel. Included is a motor with brake and an I/O board. Also included are an RAIO-01, RDIO-01 and RDCO-03 mounted internally to the drive. Fiber optic ports are provided for connection to DriveWindow or external options.
SDCS-IOB-23
STANDALONE board includes IOB-23 module and one ribbon cable. Replaces the standard digital inputs and outputs with 8 DI/O points externally mounted with input voltage level of 230 VAC. The inputs are filtered and galvanically isolated. Terminals X6 & X7 on the main control must not be used when a SDCS-IOB-2x board is installed. Note: If IOB-3 is also required, you must order the combination kit instead (SDCS-IOB-23/IOB-3)
