Overview
The ABB Low Voltage Drives Braking Resistor (SKU: ABB-41313) dissipates 600 watts of energy at 100 ohms resistance, making it ideal for dynamic braking in variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control systems. Its GCE2 enclosure protects against dust and moisture, rated for harsh industrial environments. Measuring 12 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 5 inches tall, the resistor weighs 10 pounds and mounts securely for stable operation. Designed for compatibility with ABB’s low-voltage drive systems, it ensures precise braking control to prevent overspeeding and reduce mechanical stress on motors and gearboxes. The resistor’s compact footprint and robust construction support long-term reliability in applications like conveyors, pumps, and fans where frequent starts and stops are required. Trust ABB’s US-manufactured braking solutions for consistent performance in demanding industrial automation systems.

FENA-21
The FENA 21 DualPort module supports Three protocols Modbus-TCP, EtherNet/IP, and the PROFInet IO RT network. The Modbus-TCP protocol is simply the Modbus protocol used on top of Ethernet-TCP/IP. Modbus-TCP is an open Industrial Ethernet network which has been specified by the Modbus-IDA User Organization. EtherNet/IP is based on the Common Industrial Protocol (CIP), which is also the framework for both the ControlNet and DeviceNet network protocols. PROFInet IO RT is an open network based on the PI Organization standard.
ACS880-DEMOCASE
Powered by 115 VAC the ACS880 democase includes an ACS880 R2 drive mounted on a panel. Included is a motor with brake and an I/O board. Also included are an RAIO-01, RDIO-01 and RDCO-03 mounted internally to the drive. Fiber optic ports are provided for connection to DriveWindow or external options.
