This 3-piece union features a 1-inch (27 metric) pipe size, with an overall length of 2.75 inches (69.85 mm) and a diameter of 2 inches (50.80 mm). Constructed from electrogalvanized steel with a durable dark gray PVC coating, it provides corrosion resistance and maintains grounding continuity in rigid conduit systems. The union is certified for Class I, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups A, B, C, D; Class II, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups E, F, G; and Class III hazardous locations per NEC/CEC standards. The PVC coating includes a nominal 0.002-inch (2 mil) blue urethane interior/exterior coating and a 0.040-inch (40 mil) exterior PVC layer for enhanced protection.
