The ABB SS16/25M is a 16mm Inherent Low Fire Hazard Conduit constructed from high-quality 316L stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance for demanding industrial applications. It meets the requirements of Bombardier SMP 800-C for Toxic Gas Generation and ASTM E162 for Flame Spread and ASTM E662 for Smoke Generation. The conduit features a zero-halogen polyurethane liquidtight jacket that is resistant to ozone, hydrocarbons, moderate chemicals, and oils, while also being flame retardant, low smoke, low toxicity, and sunlight resistant (UV). With a nominal conduit size of 16mm (ISO 16mm, CSA 20mm), it has an outside diameter of 16.0mm and an inside diameter of 13.0mm, providing ample space for wiring. The static bend radius is 35mm, ensuring flexibility during installation without compromising structural integrity. Supplied on a 25-meter reel, this conduit is ideal for large-scale projects requiring durability and reliability in harsh environments, including corrosive locations, wet and oily areas, and industrial settings. It is compatible with standard liquidtight connectors and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. The ABB SS16/25M is WEEE and RoHS Compliant and manufactured to UL 360 standards.
