Overview

The ABB SL 2/0 NK is a tin-plated copper compression lug kit designed for reliable copper terminations in industrial and electrical applications. This kit includes one two-hole straight NEMA lug and one two-hole stacking NEMA lug, both rated for 2/0 stranded copper wire (70 mm²). The straight lug measures 5-1/32" in length with a 55/64" x 3" pad and a 1-1/2" barrel, featuring two 9/16" holes spaced 1-3/4" apart. The stacking lug measures 5-1/8" in length with a 55/64" x 2-13/16" pad and a 1-7/16" barrel, also with two 9/16" holes on 1-3/4" centers. Both lugs are tin-plated for corrosion resistance and come with two 1/2" stainless steel flat washers. Installation is compatible with dies 45, 13, 164, and 241 for the straight lug, and dies TS, 45, 13, and 9/16 for the stacking lug. The kit is UL listed and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards for electrical terminations.
