PS 2 PIPE SEAL body, Cable Sealing Rocket, Flood-Seal Rocket, Silicone grease, Insulated cables

  1. Train Cables Through Pipe Seal Body

    WARNING: Danger of Electric Shock! Installation must be performed by trained installers in accordance with all applicable local, state and national electrical codes, installation standards and safety rules. Carefully thread the insulated cables through the designated cable openings of the Pipe Seal body.

  2. Seat Pipe Seal Body into Pipe

    Slip the Pipe Seal body over the cables and position it up to the pipe opening. Apply silicone grease generously to the pipe sealing portion of the body and to the cable openings. Firmly seat the body into the open end of the pipe.

  3. Prepare Cable Sealing Rockets

    Select the cut-off ring on each Cable Sealing Rocket that precisely matches the size of the cable it will seal. Carefully cut off the selected ring. Repeat this process for every cable sealing rocket you intend to use.

  4. Seal Unused Openings (Single Phase)

    If installing for single-phase applications, seal any unused cable openings in the Pipe Seal body by inserting an uncut 'Flood-Seal' Rocket.

  5. Install Cable Sealing Rockets

    Apply generous amounts of silicone grease to the cables and to the cut opening of each prepared Cable Sealing Rocket. Slide the appropriate rocket over each cable until it securely locks into the Pipe Seal body, creating a positive seal.
