Overview

The ABB NC50/25M is a standard weight, general-purpose flexible liquidtight nonmetallic conduit (LFNC-B or FNMC-B) designed for robust cable protection in industrial environments. Manufactured from Polyamide 6, this conduit offers exceptional flexibility and fatigue life, ensuring reliable performance even in complex routing scenarios. With an outside diameter of 54.5mm and an inside diameter of 46.9mm, it accommodates a substantial volume of wiring. The conduit boasts an IP40 rating, providing protection against solid objects larger than 1mm. Its static bend radius is 70mm, facilitating installation in confined spaces. This conduit is UL and CSA listed and intended for installation in accordance with Article 356 of the NEC. Applications include machine tools (OEM), mining, oil & gas refineries, power plants, robotics, and steel mills. It is suitable for containment of 1000 volt and lower potential circuits, outdoor use, direct burial, and installations in hazardous locations (Class I Div. 2, Class II Div. 1 & 2, Class III Div. 1 & 2). The NC50/25M is proudly made in the USA and supplied on a 25-meter reel in black. Working temperatures range from -40°C to 80°C. Conforms to BS EN IEC 61386 Classification Code 445340650314.
