- Disconnect Power
Ensure that the power supply is disconnected to avoid any risk of shock during installation.
- Mount the Controller
Secure the MD10F-3 Controller to the DIN rail using the integrated clips. Ensure it is level and firmly attached.
- Strip and Connect Wires
Strip the ends of the wires to the appropriate length and attach them to the male and female motor disconnects, ensuring correct polarity.
- Crimp Connectors
Use the appropriate crimping tool to crimp the connectors onto the wires securely, following the manufacturer's specifications.
- Insert Male Pins
Push the male pins into the female barrels until fully seated, creating a secure connection.
- Install Boots/Insulators

- Secure with Cable Ties
