Each kit contains one 3-Way Bus Bar M656CY-BUS, nine Lubricant 82-08, one Installation Instruction IS-0452, three Straight receptacles K655YSR, and three Bolts and Washers 650BAW.

It is a 35 kV, 600A Deadbreak rated separable connector with a compact, fully shielded, and fully submersible design. It includes an integral capacitive test point and uses reusable components.
