The ABB LTGUS03B-K is a general-purpose, commercial-grade liquid-tight flexible metallic conduit designed for robust protection and flexibility in industrial and commercial applications. Manufactured by ABB Installation Products, this conduit features a corrosion-resistant steel core for mechanical strength and a smooth, extruded PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) jacket for liquid-tight sealing. Its 3/4 inch trade size is suitable for a range of wiring and cable management needs. The conduit is designed to meet UL 360 ID/OD dimension requirements and complies with IEC 61386-1 standards. It offers a working temperature range of -20 to +80°C (Dry), -20 to +70°C (Oil), and -20 to +60°C (Wet). This conduit provides ingress integrity when used with CLGE Conduits and Series "LT" Commercial Liquidtight Fittings, achieving system ingress ratings of NEMA Type 4, 12, 13 (Indoor) and Type 3, 3R, 4 (Outdoor), and an IEC system ingress rating of IP65. Applications include areas requiring flexibility for motion, vibration, and bending, as well as protection against water, oils, and mild acids. It is suitable for electrical circuits up to 1,000 VAC. The black jacket is an optional color. Each roll measures 150 meters (approximately 500 feet). It meets IEC 61386-1, -23 standards for compression strength (Code 4 Heavy; 1250 N/50mm), impact strength (Code 4 Heavy; 6 Joules), and tensile strength (Code 3 Medium; 500 N/2 min.).
