Overview

The ABB H150GRSST 1-1/2" 316 Stainless Steel Grounding Hub is a corrosion-resistant grounding solution designed for rigid and IMC conduit systems. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this grounding hub provides superior resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and harsh environments, making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and outdoor applications. The 316 stainless steel alloy contains molybdenum, enhancing its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich or acidic environments, ensuring long-term durability in demanding conditions. The thermoplastic insulating throat ensures electrical isolation while maintaining mechanical integrity, preventing unintended current paths and enhancing safety in electrical systems. The included Nitrile (BUNA-N) sealing ring delivers a reliable watertight seal to prevent moisture ingress, protecting internal components from corrosion and electrical faults. The H150GRSST is UL Listed per NEC 501.10(B) for use in Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations, and CSA Certified for hazardous locations Class II Groups E, F, G, and Class III, making it suitable for environments with combustible dust or fibers. Its robust construction reduces maintenance costs and downtime in critical systems, providing a reliable grounding solution in chemical plants, water treatment facilities, food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, oil and gas refineries, pulp and paper mills, and other high-corrosion or high-moisture environments where reliability and corrosion resistance are paramount. The 1-1/2" trade size accommodates standard rigid and IMC conduit sizes, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
