Overview

The ABB FDC2-TB 3/4" deep 1 gang cast device box is a thru-feed electrical enclosure designed for wet location installations. Constructed from gray iron with zinc plating and aluminum acrylic paint, this device box provides corrosion resistance and durability in demanding environments. The 25/8" internal depth and 22.5 cubic inch internal volume accommodate standard electrical components while maintaining a low-profile installation. Suitable for use with gasketed covers, the FDC2-TB meets wet location requirements when properly sealed, making it ideal for outdoor, industrial, or commercial applications where moisture exposure is a concern. The cast iron construction ensures structural integrity, while the zinc plating enhances longevity in corrosive atmospheres. This device box features two precision NPT threaded hubs (2 x 3/4") for maximum wiring capacity and trouble-free installation.
