The load rating for Superstrut Metal Framing is 600 lbs. with a safety factor of 3.

The Black finish is raw steel with a light oil finish and offers no protection against red rust.

Superstrut channel is supplied in type 304 stainless steel, and type 316 may be available upon request.

Pre-Galvanized material provides minimal protection for raw edges after roll-forming, cutting, or punching.

Hot-dipped galvanizing is not recommended for threaded products because the zinc coating thickness can disrupt threads.

Field alterations disrupt the sealed PVC product, requiring touch-up. Thomas & Betts is not responsible for field-altered products.

The user is responsible for selecting the proper product, installation intervals, erection, and placement. Load tables are guides only.

Superstrut Series products install easily with a screwdriver and have a built-in nut, reducing parts to handle or drop.

Superstrut Metal Framing can be used for either vertical or horizontal installation.
