The E226 terminal features a compact form factor with a length of 0.93 inches and a width of 0.50 inches, designed to accommodate a wire range of #6 AWG. It is equipped with a #10 bolt hole for secure and dependable fastening. This terminal supports a wide range of conductor types and sizes, including: * Rigid Solid/Stranded: 1 x 1 to 2.5 mm² and 2 x 1 to 2.5 mm² * Flexible with non-insulated ferrule: 1 x 0.75 to 2.5 mm² and 2 x 0.75 to 2.5 mm² * Flexible with insulated ferrule: 1 x 0.75 to 2.5 mm² and 2 x 0.75 to 1.5 mm² It also meets UL/CSA connection capacity requirements for 1 or 2 x AWG 18 to 14 conductors. The stripping length required is 10 mm, and a tightening torque of 1.2 Nm (11 lb.in) is recommended for optimal connection integrity. Featuring an IP20 degree of protection according to IEC/EN 60947-1 and IEC/EN 60529, it is protected against solid objects greater than 12.5 mm. The M3.5 screw terminals are delivered in an open position, requiring unused terminals to be tightened. Installation is facilitated with either a Flat Ø 5.5 or Pozidriv 2 screwdriver.
